By combining a handy review card and an online form that only forwards positive reviews to Google, collecting positive reviews becomes effortless. Simply place the Truzzer Google Review Cards in your customers’ shopping bags, attach them to receipts, send them with your products, or display them on tables in your restaurant. That’s it!

Customers are directed via the QR code on your personalized review cards to a landing page with a review form created specifically for you. Here, they can leave a review. For reviews of 4 stars or higher, customers are redirected to the official Google review form. For lower ratings, they are not redirected, and you receive the review via email.

To provide your customers with an additional incentive and strengthen their connection to your business, the review function is linked to a bonus in the form of a sweepstake. Customers who leave a review can participate in a sweepstake defined by you. They will receive an automated email confirming their sweepstake entry.

The Review+ Google Review Cards can be easily personalized with your logo and tailored to your business. You can also add a custom image to the review form to enhance recognition for your business.

Step 1: The customer scans the QR code

To leave a review, the customer simply scans the QR code. All they need to do is hold their smartphone camera over the product.

A pop-up will appear on the screen (iPhone), or a QR code icon will appear (Android/Google smartphones). Here, in the example image, you see our regular cards without the Review+ feature.

Step 2: The customer accesses your landing page with the review form

The review form then opens, and the customer can leave a review. If the rating is 4 stars or higher, the customer will be redirected to the Google review form. If the rating is lower, they remain on the landing page, and the review is sent to you privately without appearing on Google.

Step 3: The customer gives you a positive review on Google

If your customer gives a pre-selection rating of 4 stars or more, the review will be completed on Google. It’s that simple! 😉
For ratings below 4 stars, you’ll only receive an email notification about the review.
