By combining a handy review card with an online form that only accepts positive reviews for Google, you make collecting positive reviews a breeze. Customers will be directed via the QR code on your personalized review cards to a landing page you’ve created with a review form, where they can leave their review. If they rate you with 4 stars or more, they are then forwarded to Google’s official review form. If their rating is below that, they will not be forwarded and you’ll receive the review via email.

To give your customers an additional incentive and to strengthen their connection to your business, the review process is linked to a bonus in the form of a giveaway. Customers can enter a giveaway by leaving a review. They will receive an automated email confirming their participation.

The Review+ Google review cards can be easily personalized with your logo to match your business. You can also add a custom image to your review form to increase brand recognition.

Step 1: The customer scans the QR code

To leave a review, the customer simply needs to scan the QR code. Just point the smartphone camera at the product.

A pop-up will appear on the screen (iPhone) or a QR code icon will show up (Android/Google smartphones). In this example image, you can see our regular cards, without the Review+ function.

Step 2: The customer is directed to your landing page with the review form

Next, the review form opens, and the customer can rate you. If the rating is 4 stars or higher, the customer will be forwarded to Google’s review form. If the rating is lower, the customer stays on the landing page, and the review will be sent to you without appearing on Google.

Step 3: The customer leaves a positive review on Google

If your customer selected 4 stars or more, the review will be posted on Google. That’s how easy it is!
If the selection is less than 4 stars, you will only receive an email about the review.
