Customers are guided via the QR code on your personalized rating cards to a custom landing page with a review form where they can leave their feedback. Reviews with 4 stars or higher are directed to the official TripAdvisor review page. If the rating is below 4 stars, it won’t be submitted to TripAdvisor, and you will receive the review via email instead.

How It Works

After scanning, customers are directed to your personalized landing page to leave a review.

• Reviews with 4 stars or higher: Redirect to the TripAdvisor review form.
• Reviews with less than 4 stars: Feedback is emailed to you privately and does not appear on TripAdvisor.

Step 3: Positive Review Published on TripAdvisor

Customers giving 4+ stars proceed to leave their review on TripAdvisor, ensuring a strong online presence for your business. Lower ratings remain private, providing valuable feedback directly to you.
